| Dereham Town A started the new campaign with a convincing 5-1 win over newly promoted Cockers FC. Dereham controlled the game from start to finish and scored four goals before half time including a well taken hat-trick from Curtis Hackett and a flying volley from Giz King finishing off a flowing move. Nathan Cross added the fifth pouncing on a loose ball in the box and Cockers scored with a decent long range effort during a rare lapse in concentration by Dereham. A very good performance by a very young Dereham side. |
